Dahbur, who was born in 1968, graduated from the Faculty of Management in Jordan University. He was the leader of finance commission in the assembly. Initially, after he was elected as a member of the Janin city council in 2004, he started to get interested in the politics actively. He was sentenced 10 years in prison by Israel because of his political activities. He was taken into custody from his house by Israel in last operations. Dahtur, who is working for Palestine Red Crescent, is married and has four children.
