Said, who was born in 1960 in Janin, had his MS degree from the department of Arabic Language and Literature in Jordan University. He had lectured Gaza Islamic University for 10 years. He is a poet and has three published poem books. He was sent to the prison three times by Israel. He is married and has six children.
