Reb’i graduated from Faculty of Management in Nacah University. Virtually he is an accountant. He worked as administrator in the management of electricity in the south of the West Bank. In 1992, he was one of those who were exiled to Lebanon. He was arrested two times by Israel before. He was working actively for NGOS, especially.
