Basim Zearir (el-Halil)

After graduating from Department of Management in Beirut University, Zearir worked in local administrations for 20 years. He was arrested three times by Israel because of his political activities. The minister who had an essential role in municipality affairs of West Bank, entered to the assembly being one of the deputies who got most of the votes in al-Halil.
