Duveyik, who is the fourth president of the assembly in the Palestine Political History, was born in 1948 in Egypt. He has three MS degrees from different fields and he is an expert on education, city and region planning. As well as he has degree of PhD from University of Pensilvanya on city planning. Duveyik, who is the founder of the Department of Geography in Nacah University in Palestine, worked as an administrator of the department for many years. He had 7 children. The minister who was taken into custody five times by Israel because of his ideas, was exiled to south of Lebanon in 1992.
